August 05 Hi to all !!! Hey everyone !!!! How are you ? please let me know how you are all doing ? We are doing well thank god !! We are trying to get back on track ! Although we have not gained weight the past few months we have pretty much been the same !!! We are enjoying summer although i am not anywhere near my goal weight yet we go to the beach like once a week or every other week and i actually wear a bikini !!!!! It feels good not to feel like the fattest person on the beach and i feel ok bikini !!!! We took our dog splenda to Rita's ice shop and entered her in their ameri-caninie idol contest to find the cutest dog in the long island area !!!! I hope she wins !!! For those of you who do not know what ritas ice is, its a chain store that started off in Pennsylvania i used to go visit my grandparents in Philly and we would go all the time they started building locations all across america- http://www.ritasice.com/ !!!! I am good I usually get a medium of the sugar free flavor of the day !!! I cant wait for the new season of biggest loser !!!! Currently sledge has got me hooked on Big Brother !!! And I might be taking my little sister for american idol tryouts next week!!!! Oh and for those of you that remember that we went on americas got talent they showed me and sledge in the audience like 10 times !!!!! The main scene where you can see my face really clear is when the little girl Katlin Mier Sings she was 4 years old and sooo cute !!!! anywho i g2g i hope to hear from you alll soon !!! And i hope to back again soon with report of progress !!!!! June 19 omg how is everyone !!!!!!!!!! OMG How is everyone ? i am sooo sorry i have not been on in forever !!!! We had a problem with all of our msn accounts, there was a problem with our password and they would not reset it, and there was anpther problem with pur main e-mail account, and they wouldn't fix it untill we begged and a few moths later they finally fixed it !!!! I have been dying wondering how all of you have been !!!!!! My laptop is broken as well but i will be checking in at least once a week !!!! I'm just so excited to be back !!!!! Unfortunatly without all the support from you guys we havn't been doing that well, but we havn't been doing that bad either!!! We both have lost a few more !!!! Although it was a few months ago Passover really did set me back i couldnt help myself I didnt stop eating i gained 3 pounds over that one week !!!! I am now down to 216 !!! Its a struggle but i am still maintaining it and on the way to loosing more!!! Jeremy hit a snag at passover as well gaining almost 2 pound, but now is down to 310 !!! I will talk to you all later !! I'm so happy to be back !!!! We are going to a movie in a few mins, we have not decided either get smart, or the happening !! I have found a great new movie trick btw i sneak in a 100 calorie pack and i get a baby size popcorn wich can not be more that 3 cups wich is like enough to fit in to my calories !!!! ttyl April 17 aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh Hey guys !!! OMG the finale was crazy !!! I'm soo happy a woman finally won !!! I'm so proud of Ali I think we all kinda knew it was gona be her !!! We have finally proved all the men out there wrong and that a woman CAN do it !!!!! Congrats to Ali !!! And wow Bernie VS Mark i was rooting for mark so badly I wanted him to be in the final 3 I voted for him !!! But to loose $100,000 by 1 pound !!!! That was insane !!! Every pound really does count !!! Although I was upset that they only showed the MPM winners for like half a second and didn't even show their spaces or a quick videos of anyones spaces for just a few minuets, even just one minuet to show how hard they worked and how hard we all worked ???? That was not cool at all !!! I'm proud of our 5 MPM winners Congratulations to you all and a special congrats to Marcus and Amber you all worked hard and deserve it !!! So the past few weeks have been very tough for Jeremy/Sledge and I !!! We have been eating well but have not been exercising enough !!! Plus pre-Passover and all the cleaning and craziness !!!! And now We have to get threw Passover it starts this Saturday/Shabbat (the 19th) and goes until Sunday night April 27 !!!! We have to eat a certain amount of Matzo (condensed flour in a flat crispy form) eat day and have 3 huge full meals !!!! There is a lot of eating and other activities going on and there is very little time to to rest let alone exercise !!!! The few middle days are more lenient and more relaxed we will hopefully get some exercise in then !!! The past 3 weeks we have both stayed the same weight !!!! It's very frustrated !!! We have basically been eating well , we just want to loose weight !!! On the plus side we have not gained and that of itself is great !!! Especially for me a diabetic who can gain so easily !!! I must be doing at least something right (eating) !!! I am just so nervous about Passover !!! I would love to just get through it and if we don't loose at least not to gain !!! Don't get me wrong Passover is a great holiday we celebrate the Exodus from Egypt and its a time for family and to celebrate freedom and our Jewish nation and heritage and being freed from slavery in Egypt (and all nations and the freedom to be whoever you want to be) and I love it it's one of the best of our many Jewish holidays!!! But aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh !!!! I might not be on for a bit due to Passover as well, but please come and visit and leave comments !!! Good luck to you all !!! April 14 crazy !!!! Hey everyone !!! Ok so its been sooo sooo CRAZY !!!! First I'll tell you about America's Got Talent !!! It was amazing !!!! We went to the taping Wed night and Friday morning !!!!! Each taping lasts about 4 and half hours !!! We saw some really great acts and some really bad ones !!! But we where filmed alot so hopefully we will be on tv !!! I think it airs in September on NBC ?? And the host Jerry Springer was a sweetheart and he was very funny !!! The second day he was hardcore joking and flirting with my sister !!! The judges where soo cool !!! Sharon Ozborn is my Favorite I love her !!!! She was soo sweet and cute and nice !!! And David Hasselhoff was very cool as well he was very nice and chilled out We got an autographed photo from him !!! And Pierce was actually pretty nice as well he wasn't super nice but he wasn't as mean or rude as I expected !!! The first day we sat in the balcony but on friday we sat right next to the judges right next to them about 5 rows from the stage it was great !!! One interesting act was a spanish type musical group and there was a pretty decent classical music family group another really cute act we saw was this adorable little 4 year old who sang somewhere out there (or as she sang somwheere out dere) she was so cute and gree for a 4 year old sge sang all th ewords and on tune and with a good melody !!! You all should watch the show or at least the 1 or 2 NY episodes !!! Besides for that we had a Crazy Sabbath it was just very busy great and fun and no complaints, just busy !!! Yesterday I went on the MS Walk in NYC !!! My freinds and I where originally going to do the 3 mile but we did the 6 mile instead !!!! There is a 3, 6, and 10 mile walk !!! It was also Thank God a perfect day not too hot or too cold and not rainy (the news said it was gona poor all day but thank God no rain)!!! We walked witha group YAMS - youth against MS (a friend of a friend started it b/c she has had MS since age 11 !!!) so we all got t-shirts with the name of our organization and then we got our numbers and tags and free breakfast and waters (they had fresh bagels and spreads and muffins since i didn't get to eat b4 and the bagels where not kosher but the muffins and spreads where i had a muffin with cream cheese and water the we had to walk over the brooklyn bridge !!! It was scary at first i DO NOT like bridges just like Mark on the BL a few weeks ago !!! But the walkway along the bridge was in the center/middle of it so it wasn't that bad !!! And I did it !!! After the bridge is the 2 mile checkpoint/rest stop (the only official MS rest stop) and they had fresh fruit and snacks and water and juice and we got some stuff sat down on the grass and ate and rested for about 20 mins then went on the rest of the walk and back over the bridge and finished the 6 miles !!!! I never would have been able to do that last year after the first few blocks i would have been tiered and given up, and although i do exercise now on a regular basis 6 miles is alot !!! I'm very proud of myself !!! But I am in soo much pain my legs kill they are on fire still today , thank god i can walk and drive but it hurts alot !!! And I am defintly gona do it next year either the 6 or maybe the 10 (but probably the 6) and jeremy/Sledge is going to come (he was sick) and we will bring our dog (i'm so silly i should have braught her b/c there where tons of dogs!!) !!!! I will hopefully put up pics as well !!! Additionally Jeremy and I are both cleaning for passover as well and passover is this week !!! Yikes !!! Thanx for listening guys and gals I'll ttyl April 08 hey hey !!! Hey guys !!! It's been a crazy week so far and will only get crazier !!! Tomorrow night We and a few friends are going to be in the audience of the great NBC show America's Got Talent !!!! I'm so excited !!! We'll get to see some of the first round acts and the judges ... Sharon Ozborn, David Hasselhoff , and Pierce !!! And thats not all we might go again to be in the audience on Friday as well !!!! Additionally I have passover cleaning to do as well, we clean the entire house before passover so its crumb-free, and I Barely started and passover starts next Saturday !!! I will also Hopefully (it is not confirmed yet) be doing a 3 Mile walk for MS this Sunday !!! I'm excited because it's something I never would have done before and I want to challenge myself and do it, plus it's for a good cause !!! I just hope I find a partner in before Sunday !!! My sister will probably do it with me she's become a health nut recently I'm so proud  !!! But I'm a little upset b/c our weigh-ins have been the exact same for the past few weeks  !!! It's very frustrating !!! I can't complain b/c we havn't gained we have just remained the same weight !!!! I am going to buy some new exercise videos this week I'm pretty sure the problem is that we have been doing the same exercises and need to do new ones !!! I'll let you guys know how it goes !!!
